Sheffield’s popular Orchard Square Shopping Centre has appointed Fuse Media to install a free guest Wi-Fi network for visitors.
Shoppers can now enjoy the centres top name retailers and eateries with free Wi-Fi at their fingertips, enhancing the customer journey that will contribute to footfall and increase the dwell time of visits.
The addition of a free Wi-Fi network to the centre enables the Orchard Square operations team to not only provide guests with a convenient service, but to make their vacant units more appealing to retailers with a guest landing page that includes an advertising feature.
After initial assessments of the centre, the installation of the equipment was set up and ready to use within a day.
Orchard Square can now offer the same level of data services to that of nearby shopping centres and malls.
Guest Wi-Fi is becoming something of an expected offering to consumers. This is an addition that benefits the visitors, retailers and the letting agents of available units.
