THE PROCESS
The process is extremely straight forward with limited input required from the property owner
1. NOTIFICATION
Provide Fuse Media with the details of your unoccupied property.
2. AGREE CONTENT
Let Fuse Media will confirm the advertising and media content for inclusion on the Wi-Fi broadcasting device.
3. CONTENT PREPARATION
Fuse Media will prepare the content and install it on the Wi-Fi broadcasting device.
4. LICENCE TO OCCUPY
The licence to occupy or short term lease is agreed, signed and dated.
5. INSTALLATION AND TEST
A specialist Fuse Media engineer will install the Wi-Fi broadcast device at the property and configure and test the network.
6. CONTROL AND MONITORING
Fuse Media provides a cloud based network portal providing multilevel access to agent and landlord upon request. The portal provides full visibility of the customer’s Wi-Fi connected devices at each location.
7. NOTIFICATION
Fuse Media will notify the local authority at each stage of the process to ensure they are aware of the tenant’s status.
8. DEACTIVATION
At the end of the lease or licence period Fuse Media remove the Wi-Fi device.
9. RATES RELIEF RESET AND REPEAT
Once the Fuse Media lease expires the property qualifies for another round of empty property rates relief.
If the property is still vacant at the end of the next relief period Fuse Media can reoccupy.
